the grounds were nicely maintained and spacious the room service team was efficient. our room included a nice view to the garden full of blooming plants. it was cleaned daily by a great team.
the wifi was awful and it constantly disconnected. i found the excursion and spa staff exhausting i think i was spoken to around 6 times trying to be sold things. it was very annoying and over the top when trying to relax

the private beach WAS fine, WITH beautiful coral.
The all inclusive drink options ARE awful. The options are limited. the drinks ARE of LOW quality AND served IN tiny glasses. Excursion teams harassed ME constantly trying TO sell SOMETHING.

i liked that the room was huge. it featured an interconnecting door to the next room. ali, the cleaner made flower art on our bed! this was a good touch.
the service was not great sadly. reception and management were completely unwilling to help. it was very different from my previous experience. many things now incur an extra charge, for example tennis.
